The Pain of the Renal Stone, Waiting for Quite Relief
The Song of Pain on the Renal Stone’s Journey
It gathers in the corner of the kidney,
The stone, like a burden on the chest,
Though small, it brings with it,
A barrier of endless pain.
At first, it sits in silence,
Growing unnoticed in weight,
Slowly spreading its ache,
Bringing unrest to the stream of life.
When it descends through the veins,
The body feels torn apart,
Each push of the stone,
Plays a sharp note of decay within the heart.
In the midst of pain and suffering,
There is only one prayer,
I seek release, I seek peace,
To be freed from the curse of the stone.
At last, it bursts forth,
A ray of relief shines through,
But it leaves behind its memory,
Etching pain like a scar in the body.
